Summary As an Advanced Delivery Architect for the Advanced Services organization, you will be at the center of customer adoption and services delivery to assist customers in accelerating the adoption of the Wiz platform. You will work on customer services projects delivering on the Advanced Services portfolio of offerings. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Services PMO, Enablement, and Partner Alliances teams to iterate and accelerate services delivery and offering creation. You will be part of the Advanced Services organization reporting to the Manager, Advanced Delivery Architecture for EMEA. What You’ll Do Work as a designated technical expert for delivery of Wiz’s services portfolio Advise customers on cloud security best practices and how to secure their cloud deployments, acting as a trusted advisor for clients on behalf of Wiz Provide overviews of how Wiz integrates across a customer’s security architecture Deliver projects as a subject matter expert in 2 or more of the following categories: Migrations & Integration Advanced Deployments Cloud Security Posture (CSP) Secure Code Development (SCD) Cloud Detection & Response (CDR) Data & AI (DSPM & AISPM) Ensure customers maximize their ROI by implementing Wiz to achieve security objectives through project-based services. Identify risks within projects and collaborate with the project management team to notify stakeholders Engage with the account team to understand customer business & technical requirements through active engagement Maintain current technical knowledge of Wiz Services and products Provide feedback to the Wiz product team on features and bugs identified within project scope What You’ll Bring 5+ years of customer-facing experience 3+ years in one or a combination of: Cloud architecture or engineering Security architecture or engineering Post-sales implementation or engineering Professional Services or Service Delivery Hands-on experience with GCP, Azure, and/or AWS in building, securing, or administering applications or solutions Scripting or coding skills in Python, Bash, Go, Rego, or PowerShell Experience with Helm Charts, CloudFormation, ARM Templates, Terraform Experience with cloud containers and Kubernetes architecture Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps tools, CI/CD systems Cloud security expertise in CSPM, CWPP, CIEM, CNAPP, Vulnerability Management Excellent communication and organizational skills Proven ability to manage customer expectations, lead complex projects, and work independently in ambiguity BONUS POINTS Background in software services delivery Services portfolio development expertise Cloud provider certifications (associate/expert level) Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKS, CKAD) Wiz is an equal opportunity employer.
