Role Summary
We are looking for a talented Deal Desk Analyst to join us in spreading the power of Wiz. Based in London, you will report directly to the Manager, Deal Desk, and serve as a trusted advisor to our velocity and downmarket sales teams covering international markets. In this high-volume role, you will help structure deals that adhere to high standards, maintain operational speed, and represent Wiz’s capabilities, qualifications, and professionalism. As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will play a key role in helping Wiz scale its international downmarket motion and reach new levels of growth.
What You’ll Do
- Velocity Deal Support: Support the Deal Desk manager with daily operations, focusing specifically on high-volume, international downmarket and commercial sales segments.
- Feedback & Action Plans: Translate Voice of Customer and Voice of Field feedback from international velocity teams into actionable Call to Action plans.
- Office Hours & Escalations: Host regular Deal Desk Office Hours for international sales reps and track/communicate high-risk or non-standard deals to leadership.
- Sales Trends & Analytics: Track and benchmark similarities and differences between sales trends, short sales cycles, and customer behaviours across international downmarket tiers.
- Guardrails & Policies: Work with Deal Desk leadership to develop scalable guardrails, standard templates, and guidelines tailored to high-velocity downmarket transactions.
- Trusted Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to the international sales team, working directly with reps to structure fast-moving deals that best meet customer and Wiz needs.
- Systems & Operations: Manage price lists, products, and quotes in Salesforce. Help own and maintain the approval matrix, approval automation, and deal desk playbook.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Finance, Product, Legal, and Enablement on changes in processes, policies, and best practices, and execute on rollout and training plans.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role and a Sales/Business Operations or Deal Desk function, preferably within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Velocity Mindset: Proven ability to process a high volume of transactions with speed, accuracy, and integrity in a fast-moving environment.
- Location & Rights: Based in London with full legal working rights without requiring sponsorship.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, alongside high proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office products.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking skills to observe, interpret, analyze, infer, and explain information concisely, paired with a keen attention to detail.
- Business Acumen: Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
