We are a customer-obsessed organization. We are looking for a proactive customer marketer to help us expand our customer marketing programs in EMEA and drive greater value for our customers as we enter the next phase of our global growth.
You’ll help our customers drive deeper production adoption by hosting valuable customer events including our Customer Advisory Boards and Wizdom Meetups. You’ll highlight our customers’ impactful work and thought leadership in a variety of opportunities such as speaking engagements and customer stories. To be successful in this role you must have a customer-first mindset, always looking for opportunities to support our customers’ cloud security journeys and provide value back to their organizations. You’ll be responsible for close collaboration with regional leadership, marketing and operations teams to drive impactful customer programs.
What You Will Do
- Uncover new customer champions across EMEA that will be featured in customer stories on the Wiz website, social channels and at events; highlighting a variety of customer stories across verticals, geographies, segments and use cases. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution, including customer recruitment, interviews, content production and customer approvals.
- Execute Wiz’s Customer Advisory Boards in EMEA to foster deep relationships with top accounts and ensure we have continuous customer feedback that influences our product strategy and roadmap.
- Execute Wizdom MeetUps (Wiz’s user group program) in EMEA; creating engaging events where customers learn from their peers, gain insights into our latest product innovations and network with other customers in their region.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, marketing, partner marketing and product teams to build a best-in-class customer marketing program that supports the unique needs of the region.
- Build scalable programs and processes, including securing logo approvals across all regions and developing partner-led case studies to highlight our global customer base.
- Explore innovative ways we can highlight our forward-thinking customers, moving beyond the traditional case study and executing unique and interesting customer story-telling projects.
- Grow the number of customer reviews on Peer Review platforms including G2 and Gartner Peer Insights to exemplify our industry leadership.
- Enable the local field teams on top customer stories and customer reference best practices.
What You Will Bring
- 3+ years customer marketing experience working in the technology/SaaS/Security industries
- 5-8+ years of marketing experience
- Willingness to adapt to change, move quickly and think on your feet
- Experience working cross-functionally with key stakeholders across the business
