SUMMARY
We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who will serve as a strategic partner within our Professional Services team. This role is not about checking boxes or managing Gantt charts – it's about bringing structure, clarity, and courage to complex customer engagements. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Delivery Architects, Professional Services teammates, Sales, Product Management, and Partner Alliances to help customers articulate their priorities, align on outcomes, and build delivery approaches that unlock momentum. Just as importantly, you'll reflect what we're learning back into Wiz, helping us continually evolve how we define and practice modern delivery.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Facilitate key customer and internal conversations to uncover opportunities, clarify desired outcomes, and guide teams toward shared understanding
- Navigate complexity by spotting dependencies, surfacing risks early, and helping stakeholders make smart trade-offs
- Orchestrate across Delivery Architects, Professional Services colleagues, Product Managers, Sales, and Partners so engagements remain cohesive and outcome-driven
- Protect the team's delivery conditions by buffering executive pressures and corporate processes, clearing obstacles, and safeguarding the space needed to deliver value effectively
- Create clarity by distilling complexity into clear, actionable next steps and helping teams focus on what matters most
- Contribute to practice evolution by capturing patterns, codifying frameworks, and shaping how Wiz delivers transformational services at scale
- Ensure autonomy and accountability remain with those closest to the work, modeling how modern delivery empowers teams while keeping alignment at the center
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
You'll bring a depth of experience that helps our customers – and our own teams – deliver complex initiatives with clarity and momentum. In particular, we're looking for evidence of:
- Significant experience leading complex technology initiatives in cloud and/or security domains (typically 5-10+ years in IT delivery, consulting, or program leadership)
- A track record of guiding organizations through ambiguous transformations, helping them navigate uncertainty and adapt to change
- Demonstrated success in facilitating critical conversations with executives, engineers, and cross-functional partners to align on goals and decisions
- Experience orchestrating across diverse stakeholders – including Professional Services, Delivery Architects, Product Managers, Sales, and Partners – to drive cohesive outcomes
- Examples of bringing a product mindset into delivery work, connecting execution to long-term customer and business value
- Situations where you've shown adaptability, curiosity, and a commitment to ensuring autonomy and accountability remain with those closest to the work
