School: Wixams Tree Primary Academy

Location: Green Lane, Wixams, Bedfordshire. 10 minutes from Bedford town, 20 minutes outside Milton Keynes, 20 minutes from Luton, 20 minutes from Hitchin.

Salary: £26,534 - £26,625 (Actual £21,277 - £21,350)

Contract: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm (term-time only plus 5 INSET days).

We are looking for individuals who share our passion and love of learning to join our team. We are looking for a full-time Learning Support Assistant from September 2026 (or earlier start in June 2026 if possible) to work alongside our children, to support them in their learning.

Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant role is desirable but not essential.

The successful applicant must:

  • possess a good standard of English and maths (GCSE grade C or above)
  • have strong time management skills
