Salary: £26,625 - £30,108 per annum
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Responsible to: Regional Site Manager
Are you a practical, hands‑on problem solver who takes pride in creating safe, welcoming, and well‑maintained environments? We are looking for a dedicated Site Agent to join our team and play a key role in keeping our school running smoothly!
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out maintenance, repairs, and DIY tasks across the school site
- Ensuring the school buildings and grounds are safe, secure, and well-presented
- Supporting health and safety compliance and site inspections
- Managing site security, including opening and locking up the premises
- Liaising with contractors and overseeing maintenance works
- Responding to emergencies and resolving issues quickly
- Supporting school events and community lettings
- Maintaining records, inspections, and compliance documentation
Working Pattern
We operate a rotating shift pattern to support the needs of the school and lettings programme:
Week 1: Five morning shifts starting at 7:00am
Week 2: Five afternoon/evening shifts starting at 12:30pm
The pattern alternates weekly and may occasionally vary to meet operational requirements.

- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
- Confident communicator who can build positive relationships with staff, pupils, visitors, and contractors
