About the Role We are seeking an experienced customer service professional who is motivated, detail-oriented and passionate about problem solving. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team within an international business, working on technically challenging and rewarding projects within the lift industry. You will play a key role in delivering fast paced after sales quality solutions, supporting both project delivery and sales functions, while working closely with internal teams, suppliers and customers. You will be based in our head office in Mold, North Wales. Key Responsibilities Provide telephone support on all products including fault finding. Manage customer claims within in-house after sales database. Claim root cause analysis and detailed internal reporting to reduce future errors. Raise and maintain order related claims on intercompany factories and third-party suppliers, using ERP procurement system. Liaise with varying degree of customer in relation to claims, always maintaining excellent communication.
