About the Role
Are you an inspirational teacher with a passion for driving academic achievement, raising aspirations, and removing barriers to learning? Witton Park Academy is seeking a dedicated Teacher to develop, implement, and lead targeted intervention and mentoring strategies. In this role, you will focus on improving the academic outcomes, engagement, attendance, personal development, and aspirations of identified White British Boys (WBB) across the school.
Working closely with the English department, pastoral teams, and senior leaders, you will deliver high-quality English interventions, coach colleagues to develop inclusive classroom practices, and build strong, positive relationships with students and families. This role is a temporary role until the 31st August 2027.
