About the Role
The core of the role is building strong, trusted relationships with families and acting as a key source of support for vulnerable pupils.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with children and families facing social, emotional, behavioural, attendance or well-being challenges, ensuring every child can engage fully in school life and achieve their potential.
- Collaborate pro-actively with parents, carers and external agencies to encourage participation in school life, improve attendance and promote positive outcomes for all students.
- Maintain high expectations for attendance, engagement and achievement, inspiring confidence within the community while upholding pastoral and inclusion work.
- Serve as a trusted advocate for families, a champion for attendance and well-being, and a vital bridge between home, school and the wider community.
