Applications are welcomed from candidates suitable for appointment at Assistant, Associate or full Professor level, commensurate with experience and achievement. The successful candidate will establish and lead an internationally competitive research programme applying advanced spatial proteomics and imaging technologies to cardiovascular and respiratory disease

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of spatial biology within one of the world's leading centres for cardiovascular and respiratory research. The appointee will play a central role in advancing the NHLI's strategic ambitions in spatial biology, contributing to the development of a newly established Spatial Biology Hub and generating fundamental insights into disease mechanisms with the potential to transform patient care. Supported by significant recent investment in infrastructure, equipment and personnel, the successful candidate will join the Institute at a pivotal moment of growth and ambition.

The appointee will lead an ambitious research programme spanning cardiovascular and respiratory disease, including the application of spatial proteomics at subcellular resolution in human tissues.
