You will build positive relationships and deliver assessment, recovery planning, harm reduction and ongoing support to help individuals reduce substance-related harm and make positive changes.
This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) starts at £26,250 and rises to £30,900 with pay progression. Benefits include generous leave, pension, and flexible working options.
