Cromwell House, South Bank, Middlesbrough, TS6 6JE, is recruiting an experienced Independent Nurse Prescriber to join the With You and Recovery Connections team for a residential alcohol and opioid detox service.
The role covers clinical leadership, prescribing detoxification medications, and delivering safe, person-centred care within a residential setting. Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with no Bank Holiday working.
