Recruitment Advisor – WithYou

Join us as a full‑time, permanent, home‑based Recruitment Advisor! This role helps our charity support people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges by ensuring we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time.

Base pay range

Salary: £30,000 per annum (exact pay will be based on skills and experience).

Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Advisor you will provide a high level of customer service throughout the recruitment cycle to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a timely and cost‑effective recruitment process. You will act as a regional recruitment expert, working with hiring managers to ascertain hiring needs, devise and deliver effective recruitment campaigns, and build meaningful, long‑lasting working relationships.

Work proactively by seeking new methods—such as sourcing new advertising methods, contributing to process improvements, and undertaking market research—to provide a best‑in‑class service.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing high‑volume recruitment campaigns and overseeing multiple roles simultaneously.
• Proven self‑motivated recruiter; experience in both in‑house and agency recruitment is welcome.
• Ability to use a variety of recruitment tools, including day‑to‑day management of the Applicant Tracking System and utilisation of social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
