Join us as a fullâtime, permanent, homeâbased Recruitment Advisor! This role helps our charity support people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges by ensuring we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time.
Base pay range
Salary: ÂŁ30,000 per annum (exact pay will be based on skills and experience).

Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Advisor you will provide a high level of customer service throughout the recruitment cycle to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a timely and costâeffective recruitment process. You will act as a regional recruitment expert, working with hiring managers to ascertain hiring needs, devise and deliver effective recruitment campaigns, and build meaningful, longâlasting working relationships. Work proactively by seeking new methodsâsuch as sourcing new advertising methods, contributing to process improvements, and undertaking market researchâto provide a bestâinâclass service.
Qualifications
Extensive experience managing highâvolume recruitment campaigns and overseeing multiple roles simultaneously. Proven selfâmotivated recruiter; experience in both inâhouse and agency recruitment is welcome. Ability to use a variety of recruitment tools, including dayâtoâday management of the Applicant Tracking System and utilisation of social media platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
