This is a permanent, full-time role working from home. You will lead regional financial strategy, acting as a senior advisor to operational and clinical leaders, proactively influencing key decisions and driving regional financial performance.
This is a new role combining hands-on financial management with strategic business partnering, requiring a blend of technical accuracy, commercial insight and stakeholder influence. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, support resource planning and help drive financial sustainability across the organisation.
WithYou is a charity delivering drug, alcohol and mental health support across England and Scotland, employing 1,600+ staff with over 80 services and serving more than 100,000 people per year.
You will bring demonstrable management accounting experience in a large, multi-disciplinary organisation, with robust experience influencing senior management, shaping strategic decisions and contributing to financial transformation.
Evidence we’d like to see in your application:
- Be part-qualified with a CCAB professional institute (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) or fully qualified with AAT/NVQ/SVQ Level 4
- Strong analytical skills
- The ability to present complex financial issues to non-financial audiences
- The ability to work under pressure and act on your own initiative
