Position Overview

The ABM & Segment Marketing Manager is a key strategic marketing role responsible for driving customer acquisition and account growth in segments such as telecommunications (telco), managed service provider (MSP), and global partner segments. This role leads the design and execution of highly targeted account-based marketing (ABM) programs that influence pipeline, accelerate deals, and deepen engagement with high-value accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement ABM strategies for telco, MSPs, and global strategic partner accounts, aimed at both acquiring new logos and expanding existing accounts.
  • Lead personalized, multi-channel campaign development including email, digital, content, and virtual/physical experiences.
  • Align closely with RevOps field sales to identify target accounts, support outbound initiatives and track account engagement.
  • Leverage insights from Salesforce, intent platforms and analytics tools to prioritize efforts and personalize outreach.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to measure the business impact of ABM efforts.
  • Collaborate with content, product marketing, and digital teams to develop messaging and assets aligned to industry and buying stage.
  • Stay current on telco and MSP industry dynamics, customer needs and competitive landscape to refine campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with 3+ years in account-based or segment-specific marketing roles.
  • Strong record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue from ABM programs.
  • Experience working with strategic sales teams on joint planning and execution.
  • Experienced and hands-on in creating marketing content.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Demandbase, Marketing Cloud or equivalents.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, and fluent English.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to act on marketing and sales data.
  • Industry experience in telco and MSPs is a plus.
