We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant/Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in care homes or home care settings. Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic support
