Location: Gloucester

Salary range: £30,000 – £33,000

Working hours: 40 hours per week predominantly during Monday to Friday 9-5 with some requirement to work weekends. You will also have on-call duties.

Within Reach Services is a leading privately owned provider of complex care in the Gloucestershire area. We currently have 6 Ofsted registered children’s homes, 3 CQC registered adult’s homes and actively growing! Our homes care for young people with a background of SEMH and LD care requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting people with complex needs and experienced in line managing staff teams.
  • Have (or be working towards) a Level 3, 4 or 5 Diploma.
  • Living in the UK: 3 years (required)
  • Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required)

Details:

You would support the registered manager, line manager, two team leaders, and a team of support workers. We will provide a full job description on application.
