Ofsted Registered Manager
Location: Gloucester
Salary: £55,000
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with participation in the on-call rota
Job description: Lead a brand-new children's residential home from the very beginning and shape the culture, team and outcomes from day one. Within Reach Services is looking for an experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step into registration to lead a brand-new children's residential service in Gloucester. This is a rare opportunity to establish a high-quality home from the ground up and make a lasting impact on the lives of young people.
We are looking for either:
- An experienced Ofsted Registered Manager who is ready to lead a new service, or
- A strong Deputy Manager with substantial children's residential experience who is ready to step up into registration.
To be considered, you must have:
- At least 2 years experience in children's residential care within the last 5 years
- Leadership experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or be willing to work towards it)
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
