Reports to: Technical Business Systems Manager

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test enhancements to data warehouse, reporting (SSRS), and dashboards (Power BI).
• Build strong relationships with business teams to support and enhance existing systems and contribute to future upgrades.
• Collaborate with finance and development teams on data integration, extraction, transformation, and report/dashboard design.
• Support and maintain various business systems including Elite 3E, Elite Templates, Elite EDI, CreditForce, CRM, and HRIS.
• Promote best practices and liaise with stakeholders to meet business needs.

Technical Skills and Experience:

• Proven expertise in a technical role within a global law firm.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with ETL processes.
• Experience with Microsoft reporting tools (SSRS & Power BI).
• Knowledge of data, integration, and related applications such as Elite 3E, SelectHR, Interaction, and Intapp Open is advantageous.

Additional Details:

• Working hours: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm with flexibility.
• 12-week probation and notice period.
