Overview
In this EUC Specialist role you will help shape and secure the firm’s modern Windows end-user computing environment.
You’ll drive deployment, patching, and security across multi-site Windows estates while automating repeatable tasks.
You will collaborate with IT Systems, Security and third-party partners to improve user experience and support the firm’s global workplace strategy.

Responsibilities
- Package, deploy and maintain applications using Intune, MECM, PSADT, Win32 packaging and legacy tools as needed
- Manage and troubleshoot deployments across Windows OS builds, MECM, Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop environments
- Automate Windows OS patching, compliance and remediation to keep devices secure and up to date
- Develop Power Shell scripts and automation to streamline desktop support
- Support testing and release processes with stakeholders and vendors
- Use endpoint analytics to identify and implement improvements for performance and UX
- Implement zero-touch provisioning and device lifecycle with Autopilot, Intune, and Entra ID
- Investigate and remediate deployment failures ensuring successful software delivery
- Provide technical leadership and maintain documentation and procedures
- Coordinate with PMO on projects, maintain support contracts, and ensure operational readiness
- Occasionally support infrastructure outside office hours and handle major incidents
- Ensure consistent EUC standards across offices and stay updated on emerging EUC technologies
- Adhere to Change, Release and Problem management processes and document improvements
- Contribute to IT risk management and security posture with the Security team
- Assist with global service desk cover when needed
- Key requirements
- MECM, application packaging, PSADT, AVD (Nerdio) expertise
- Microsoft 365 endpoint and identity services: Intune, Windows Autopilot, Entra ID, CA policies
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint deployment and management
- Microsoft Graph API for device management and automation
- Experience transitioning to Entra ID (Azure AD) only environments
- Strong IT security, compliance, and best practices knowledge
- Windows 11 desktop deployment and lifecycle management
- Ability to create/customize Windows OS builds for global deployment
- Power Shell scripting and automation experience (PSADT, remediation scripts)
- Hardware/VDI awareness and experience with legal-industry apps or complex business apps
- ITIL-aligned support experience with incident, problem, change and release processes
- Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
