Witherslack Group is recruiting a Pastoral Support Assistant at Queensmead House School in Windsor. You will help meet the emotional needs of pupils with complex needs, applying high standards of care and developing tailored programmes for each child.
You’ll work with families, engage in planning, and foster a positive learning environment where every pupil can thrive. Ideal candidates have ASC/SEMH experience, safeguarding knowledge, and ideally NVQ 3 in Care or Level 2 Teaching Assistant.
