Queensmead House School is located on a historic site with views of Windsor Castle. QHS is an independent specialist day school, with both primary and secondary settings providing high quality education. The school meets the needs of a diverse group of pupils with complex educational needs, communication difficulties and challenging behaviours. Responsibilities
- Teach both PE and PSHE as part of the role.
- Work with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder/Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs to help them learn, develop their abilities and raise self-esteem.
- Be resilient and dedicated; support from in-house psychologists, teaching assistants and therapy professionals; contribute to a well-resourced school environment.
- Engage with a diverse student cohort and build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous teaching experience and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
