Up to £58,941 + excellent benefits. Please note that the successful candidate will be expected to teach both PE and PSHE. Queensmead House School is located on a historic site with views of Windsor Castle. This inspiring setting, with a rich heritage of education, is now home to a specialist learning environment recently rated Good by Ofsted. QHS is an independent specialist day school, with both primary and secondary settings providing high quality education. The school meets the needs of a diverse group of pupils with complex educational needs, communication difficulties and challenging behaviours. We are a specialist provider of education and care for children and young people with special educational needs, committed to inclusion and diversity. Responsibilities
- Teach both PE and PSHE as part of the role.
- Work with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder/Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs to help them learn, develop their abilities and raise self-esteem.
- Be resilient and dedicated; support from in-house psychologists, teaching assistants and therapy professionals; contribute to a well-resourced school environment.
- Engage with a diverse student cohort and build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.

- Previous teaching experience and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
