Responsibilities

  • Build relationships to raise student self‑esteem and confidence.
  • Work collaboratively with psychologists, teaching assistants and therapy professionals.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Previous teaching experience in a secondary setting.
  • Demonstrated resilience and commitment to SEND pupils.
  • Positive ‘can‑do’ attitude and ability to relate subject to each pupil.
