Witherslack Group in Tonbridge seeks a Family Liaison Officer to support children with complex needs. You will work with families, carers and local authorities to develop collaborative, life-changing resolutions and coordinate visits.
You will draw on local resources to guide families to the support they need, assist with admissions interviews in partnership with the Head Teacher, and help with inductions to ensure strong early engagement.
