Role overview: Speech and Language Therapist covering maternity leave for one year at Luxborough Court School, an independent specialist day school in Essex catering to pupils with autism and related needs.
Responsibilities:
- Support educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic learning environments.
- Conduct clinical assessments and formulation to offer individualised interventions for young people with complex needs.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions and engage children and young people with complex needs.
- Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams to ensure clinically informed living and learning experiences.
- Provide supervision, training and contribute to clinical development programmes.
