Witherslack Group is seeking a Deputy Manager to help lead our residential homes for children with SEND. You will supervise staff, support day‑to‑day operations, and help create a secure, nurturing environment to aid young people’s development.
The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential childcare with supervisory responsibilities, and a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare. A Level 5 Leadership Diploma is desirable.
