You will support daily operations, ensure a safe and motivating environment, and drive high standards of care for the young people in our care.
We require a minimum of 2 years in residential childcare with supervisory exposure; Level 3 Diploma is essential, and Level 5 in Leadership may be desirable.
A UK driving licence is also expected.
