Witherslack Group’s Residential Support Worker role puts you at the heart of a young person’s daily life in our specialist homes. You’ll help with morning routines, school preparation, homework and planning activities, while building trust and supporting positive futures.

We offer a competitive salary (£34,274–£40,640 with good attendance and up to 4 sleep-ins per month), plus a 4‑week induction, 7 weeks’ holiday, progression opportunities, meals on site and a range of wellbeing and benefits.
