Witherslack Group is seeking a dedicated Night Support Worker to help our children and young people through the night on a 4 on/4 off rota. You’ll monitor the home, provide trauma-informed support, and respond to needs emerging in the night so young people can sleep safely and regain their childhood.
You’ll also carry out light duties like paperwork, cleaning and laundry between shifts. A rewarding role that makes real differences in young lives.
