Get Out What You Put In: This role is based at Lavender Lodge School, 3 days per week. Lavender Lodge School resides within an 18th Century building in the heart of Mitcham. Our pupils come from many different boroughs and experience ‘a life changing love of learning.’ We are proud of our pupils and our dedicated team, and pupils leave us with a sense of achievement. We were recently recognised as Good by Ofsted.

As part of a multi‑disciplinary clinical team you will be supporting educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments and, based on clinical assessment and formulation, offer individualised interventions and engagement to our young people. Our Occupational Therapists work collaboratively within our schools and children’s homes ensuring therapeutic support permeates every aspect of the education, care and support we offer our children and young people. You will provide consultation, workshops, training and guidance to the educational and residential teams.
