Witherslack Group is seeking a Deputy Manager for ourChildren’s Homes in the UK. You will help manage day-to-day operations, support the care team and ensure the home operates to high standards, providing a secure and motivating environment for young people with SE MH needs.
Applicants should have at least 2 years in residential childcare, including supervisory experience, and hold Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (England). A Level 5 Leadership & Management is desirable.
