Salary and Benefits: £86,138 - £99,537 (dependent on experience) + excellent benefits. 10% performance‑based bonus and a long‑term incentive plan which can equate to 30% of salary each year. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Hilden Park School, setting the vision for the future and ensuring the right people and plans are in place so that students leave proud of their achievements.
  • Work with children and young people with complex educational, social, emotional, behavioural and communication needs.
  • Support the broader management team and specialists, ensuring well‑resourced environments and the sharing of best practice.
  • Innovate and continue professional development with support from the Regional Director and specialist teams.
  • Build strong partnerships with pupils, staff and the wider community.

Qualifications:

  • Previous teaching experience and Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a Deputy Head Teacher role or a similar position.
