Witherslack Group is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and SEMH needs at Luxborough Court School near London.

The role focuses on helping pupils learn, build confidence and reach milestones in a nurturing, well-resourced environment.

The successful candidate will have significant TA experience, a valid HLTA or NVQ Level 3, and a genuine passion for enabling young people to achieve positive outcomes through tailored activities.
