Witherslack Group is seeking a Residential Support Worker to help vulnerable children in our Homes, supporting daily routines, school prep, homework and meaningful activities.
You’ll start life on our Care Academy with four weeks of off-the-job training, and you’ll develop the skills to plan activities, complete paperwork and build positive relationships.
A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months is required, with career progression and seven weeks’ holiday.
