Overview
Please note this is a 12 month fixed-term contract. This role is primarily home-based, however there will be a requirement to travel to our Head office 1-2 days per week. We are the highest Ofsted-rated provider in the country for special education and care. Our teams are fulfilled by the idea of making even the smallest positive changes in our young people, so we celebrate the little things. We are looking for a Recruiter to help us recruit the teams who make the difference, every day, in our schools and children’s homes. This role will offer the opportunity to develop your skills as a recruiter and be part of the fundamental growth of the business.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing recruitment campaigns from attraction and advertising through to offer and on-boarding.
- Directly sourcing and headhunting talent using a range of tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Building and nurturing talent pipelines in line with our growth demands, so that we recruit the right talent for our schools and children’s homes.
