Total package: Up to £79,185 (8 bed children’s home) PLUS 30% bonus accrued each year. Working in our Children’s Homes means being a part of a young person’s day‑to‑day life, supporting both the staff and the young people to feel secure, safe and motivated. As a Registered Manager you will ensure the home environment supports this, take ownership of Ofsted requirements, and be actively involved with new referrals.

- Actively manage new referrals and provide a high‑quality home experience.
Qualifications
- Experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children’s home.
- A committed and enthusiastic leader with a passion to make a difference.
- Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
- Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.

- Salary: Base salary of £54,997 – £68,441.
- Bonuses: 10% of salary reviewed annually, £2,500 on‑call bonus (approx. 10 weekends per year) and attendance allowance £1,400.
- Long‑term incentive plan: Bonus of 30% of salary accrued each year paid as a future lump sum.
- Training: A full 4‑week induction on our Care Academy.
