Responsibilities
  • Teach the full Design and Technology curriculum across all key areas.
  • Work with children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
  • Support learning, develop abilities and raise self‑esteem for pupils.
  • Demonstrate resilience and dedication in a challenging environment.
  • Collaborate with in‑house psychologists, teaching assistants and therapy professionals to support pupil progress.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Previous teaching experience.
  • Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Passion for teaching technology and its impact on young lives.
  • Ability to relate the subject to each pupil and build strong relationships with the class.
  • Team player with a ‘can‑do’ attitude and enthusiasm for department development.
