Witherslack Group is seeking a Deputy Manager for our residential children's homes in the West Midlands. You will lead a dedicated team, oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the home meets our high standards while supporting young people with SEMH needs.
Applicants should have at least 2 years in residential childcare including supervisory experience, hold Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (England) and a full UK driving licence. A Level 5 leadership diploma is desirable.
