Salary: Up to £26,000. Please note this is a 12 month fixed-term contract. This role is primarily home-based, however there will be a requirement to travel to our Head office 1-2 days per week.

This role will offer the opportunity to develop your skills as a recruiter and be part of the fundamental growth of the business. You will take responsibility for:
- Overseeing and managing recruitment campaigns from attraction and advertising through to offer and on-boarding.
- Directly sourcing and headhunting talent using a range of tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Building and nurturing talent pipelines in line with our growth demands.
- Encouraging employee referrals.
- Championing the WG candidate experience.
- Engaging with our Alumni talent community.
- Ensuring that recruiting managers are appropriately supported.
- Promoting our employer brand and social media presence.

Here’s what we need from you:
- Have a passion for the education and care of children and young people with SEN.
- At least 6 months experience as a Recruiter.
- Hands-on experience with attraction and sourcing techniques.
- To be comfortable with data and talent systems.
- A people person – someone who cares and is empathetic.
- Strong relationship building and networking skills.
- Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.
- The ability to relate to a range of different audiences.
