Using your expert knowledge and passion for boosting young people’s positive outcomes whilst in our care, you’ll visit our homes and identify priorities for development in your area of responsibility. Get out what you put in

Leading in the area of care development, you will have at least 4 years’ experience of working in Children\’s Homes with a track record of change management and role development. Ideally you will have experience of coaching, safeguarding, mentoring and have a good understanding of Ofsted inspections in Children\’s Homes . As you’ll be visiting Children\’s homes nationwide, you’ll need a full UK driving licence and the willingness to travel.

  • A committed and enthusiastic leader with a passion to make a difference
  • Desirable – Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
  • Professional qualification at Level 3 “Working with Children and Young People” (or equivalent)
  • At least 4 years’ experience in a children’s home setting at a senior level within the last three years
  • A full UK driving licence which you’ve held for at least 12 months
