Witherslack Group seeks a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Lead to guide staff in delivering high-quality PBS for children with complex needs at Lavender Lodge School. You will develop and deliver person-centred plans, co-ordinate family involvement and train teams to apply best practices.

You will lead coaching on individualised plans, ensure effective behaviour support, and collaborate across settings to help pupils aged 4–11 achieve positive life outcomes.
