The predicted salary is between 54997 - 68441 £ per year.

Total package: Up to £79,185 (8 bed children’s home) PLUS 30% bonus accrued each year. Working in our Children’s Homes means being a part of a young person’s day‑to‑day life, supporting both the staff and the young people to feel secure, safe and motivated. As a Registered Manager you will ensure the home environment supports this, take ownership of Ofsted requirements, and be actively involved with new referrals.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the home environment supports the development of young people and the wellbeing of staff.
  • Take ownership of Ofsted requirements and continual improvement.
  • Actively manage new referrals and provide a high‑quality home experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children’s home.
  • A committed and enthusiastic leader with a passion to make a difference.
  • Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
  • Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.

  • Salary: Base salary of £54,997 – £68,441.
  • Bonuses: 10% of salary reviewed annually, £2,500 on‑call bonus (approx. 10 weekends per year) and attendance allowance £1,400.
  • Long‑term incentive plan: Bonus of 30% of salary accrued each year paid as a future lump sum.
  • Training: A full 4‑week induction on our Care Academy.
  • Holiday: 7 weeks holiday.
