As a Registered Manager, you will ensure that the home environment supports both your staff and the young people, making them feel secure, safe, and motivated. Our homes accommodate young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming to create the best possible outcomes for those in our care. This is made possible through our holistic service that addresses every aspect of our young people's developmental needs.

By managing the day-to-day operations in the home and taking ownership of Ofsted requirements, you enable our young people to regain their childhood and create pathways to become well-rounded adults. This is an incredibly rewarding role.

You will actively be involved with new referrals, providing a home within the UK's leading provider of specialist education and care.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children's home.
  • Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
  • A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
