Witherslack Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team at Oversands School in Grange-over-Sands.

You’ll work with children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder/SEMH, helping them learn, develop confidence and achieve small but meaningful wins each day.

You’ll be supported with a full induction, on-the-job training, and a benefits package that includes holidays, pension, and wellbeing resources.
