Witherslack Group in the UK is hiring Night Support Workers (NSO) to care for young people in our residential homes during night shifts, four days on and four days off. You’ll build trust, provide trauma-informed support, and be there during challenging nights to help young people regain a sense of safety and routine.
There is a 4‑week Care Academy induction, and you’ll have opportunities to progress. A full UK driving licence is preferred, and we will support you studying for a Level 3 Diploma.
