Witherslack Group Ltd. in Westbury is seeking a Deputy Manager for our children’s homes to lead day-to-day operations, support the team and uphold safeguarding and care standards for young people.
You will need at least 2 years’ experience in residential childcare with supervisory duties and a full UK driving licence. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management is desirable but not essential.
