About the Role
You'll be responsible for keeping the school running smoothly, supporting the senior administrator, managing the reception, ensuring accurate files and production of reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the senior administrator.
- Manage day to day reception operations.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports.
Qualifications
- Previous administration experience in a busy environment.
- High degree of computer literacy.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask.
- Hardworking, friendly, dependable and ability to build rapport with young people.
