Lavender Lodge School, part of the Witherslack Group, is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Lead to guide staff in delivering a person-centred PBS approach for autistic pupils aged 4β11.
The role focuses on developing skills, identifying needs with families, and implementing effective individualised plans.
You will train teams in PBS practice, model good support, and coach peers to apply proactive strategies, while ensuring a high-quality education and wellbeing for our pupils.
