We are looking for a Group Parent Partnership Manager to empower parents and carers across the SEND sector to find the right specialist school for their child.

As our Group Parent Partnership Manager, you will:

  • Lead, inspire and develop a dedicated team who support thousands of families across the SEND sector.
  • Ensure that every parent and carer receives expert, compassionate and timely guidance.
  • Continuously strengthen our internal processes to enhance the overall enquiry experience.
  • Help ensure that each family is supported with clarity and confidence as they seek the right specialist education provision for their child.
  • Work in close partnership with our Commercial Department, Marketing Team and colleagues across our schools.
  • Maximise the potential of our CRM platform, HubSpot, to optimise the customer journey, manage complex enquiry pipelines and drive greater efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Parent Support Specialists, providing oversight and expert guidance on complex enquiries received by phone and email.
  • Produce insightful reports, identify trends and share meaningful analysis to help shape marketing strategy and inform continuous service improvement.
  • Deliver SEN advice and support at both online and in-person events.
  • Build strong relationships across the Group and actively promote Witherslack Group’s vision, values and safeguarding commitments in every interaction.

From you we will need:

  • Professional expertise and genuine empathy, with a strong understanding of the challenges faced by parents and carers of children and young people with special educational needs.
  • Strong knowledge of the SEND sector and the challenges experienced by families.
  • Experience of the EHCP process and supporting children or young people with SEND.
  • Proven line management experience with the ability to develop high performing teams.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce to manage customer journeys and improve processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, organised and solutions focused approach.
